Exploring the Divorce Process

The heart of Collaborative Practice or Collaborative Divorce (also called “no-court divorce,” “divorce with dignity,” “peaceful divorce”) is to offer both spouses the support, protection, and guidance without going to court. Additionally, Collaborative Practice allows the parties the benefit of child and financial specialists, family professionals, and other experts all working together not against each other. The collaborative process is therefore fundamentally different from the traditional litigation approach.
